thermol under clothes. They are light and roll up sm and fit in your hand luggage. In winter when I travel to NZ the planes can be rather warm. When I arrive I go to the loos and put the thermols on under my cloths befor going out into the cold. You could do the same befor you leave Bali airport, or if getting cold on the plane go and change in the loo. The secret is to have tight fitting under clothing to keep the warmth in.A good pair of wool socks work great.
