I know this forum is not an education forum but I would like to remind people that Indonesians prefer to hear the name of their language pronounced properly.
If you insert an Indonesian phrase into an English clause "I will be able to speak Bahasa so well" it is much better to say "I will be able to speak Bahasa Indonesia so well". "Bahasa" on its own has the meaning of language, thus "Bahasa Inggris", English, "Bahasa Jepang" Jepang, "Bahasa Perancis", French. Sorry to wreck a lovely weekend. Thomas
