There are about 8-10 blocks of suites. 2 of the blocks are three stories high with 2 suites per level. These are the ones closest to the pool with the swim up bar. The others are all 2 story buildings with 4 suites per building. The odd suite numbers, (eg 113) have 2 super king single beds and have now got 2 single pulldown beds in the lounge area. The even numbers have super kingsize bed and 2 pulldowns, if required, as well. Rooms on the same level can be interconnecting if you want.
Good luck on the email. I have stayed there 5 times over the past 2 years and never once had an email reply. The last time in January 06. They lost out on $NZ640 x 5 passengers for our trip next month, because 2 months later they have not replied to any of my 4 emails. Never mind, plenty of hotels to go around.
