Well I love my wine - and I dont mind to say Aussie wines - and go the South Aussies & Tassie wines ...the truth is in Bali it becomes a luxury if you are dining out as the price of a glass can match or exceed you main meal price.
In Oct 04 I took a cask of red and didnt even open it - chose to palate the Bintang and odd arrack. Gave the cask to some folk who were getting married.
This time I had my sister with me - who loves a glass of wine. I bought a Yalumba Unwooded Chardannay cask with me to Bali - again left 2/3rds behind. She took over a bottle of her favourite and tried a few other drinks as well agreeing that the cold bintang does fit in Bali !!!
But I did lash out on a few nights having a glass @ 30,000 Rp average with my meal. Mostly this was either Bertoli red or white in the large Glass Flagons. Just Drinkable if you really need a wine fix !!!
I went to the Bintang Supermarket and noticed a good range of wines.
Though it all seemed still too expensive for me.
Some of the suggestions below look reasonable - esp the Google Search.
Other than that Id take some casks ( checking their not OFF first ) and spead the entry Litre load amongst those travelling with you.
