The staff are excellent, particularly if you're a little outgoing yourself. The meals are cheap, someimes their service is a little dodgy, but jam karat! It's in a really good location, 'cos you can just walk into Kuta, and you often see really interesting things, like that awful bungy jump elastic thing on the way! Depending on just how much you talk, the walk into Kuta might be 15 mins or an hour if you're like me! Cos I've got a back injury I tend to always ask for a ground floor room, but with 4 kids, you'll be fine anywhere, except for rooms number 18, 19 as they're right next to a pressure pump that cuts in and out all night long!
