there are so many hotels and villas, most along the beach are really beautiful, the Hyatt, Sanur beach hotel, Puri Santrian even Peneeda view all on the beach but tucked next to the beach is Parigata resort and spa, is nice and secluded but close to the beach, a hop only ;)
There are many other lovely beach front hotels at the other end of Sanur too, the recently upgraded Griya Santrian, the Besakih, and more.
all really are lovely.
