Sorry to say that she's being doing that for quite a long time.When you buy quite a few items you tend to get a bit mixed up with the final price.I had the same thing happen last trip and yes no refund just more goods and a "oh sorry".Don't mind the odd 5,000 to 10,000 but it's quite a lot more than that.
