Ramanyana Department Store in Denpasar has a huge range of such shoes, perfect place for a bargain!!!! (mainly in sizes upto 40/41 though, so if you have a larger foot you may be disapointed).
I found the Matahari at Kuta Galleria (oppos BIMC) a better range than those in Kuta
