The last few times I've stayed in River 3, which is my favourite of the three. I've definitely stayed in River 1, but some years ago. Both had large beds, but maybe they can split them into twin if necessary. I don't know how they define a Raja room, but it may be to do with the aircon. Years ago the River rooms were not airconditioned, but they are now [at least River 3 is and I would think the others are too].
The River rooms are maybe a bit "old", but I find them charming and romantic and certainly comfortable enough. And in a great position.
