Just a follow-up to my previous post regarding my daughter having to apply at the Indonesian Consulate for her Bali visa before boarding Air Asia to travel to Bali for Easter from Malaysia. She had been told by her employers (although she is volunteer) that she would not be allowed to board without the visa in place. TODAY she travels to Penang to the Indonesian Consulate to be told she didn't need it as she had Australian passport. Was she frustrated or what? She's not 18 until August and takes it all in her stride whilst I'm here worrying like Mum's do! Anyway all ends well. Apparently the other students that had trouble had passports from different countries(?).
Hope I didn't get anyone worrying about their visa's unduly.
