I have stayed there a few times too, back in the 'old' days when it was the only hotel in Ubud with electricity! It is a lovely hotel, and a good workout walking up all those steps. You'll be happy to know that there is only one or two steps at Tegal Sari!
If you go to the hotel's website, and email a booking request, they will answer you usually within 24 hours. They will email you a credit card debit authority for you to fill out and either fax or email back.
Have a great trip. I'm jealous!
