Looked at this place a couple of weeks ago and no wonder it is a cheap price. The location is in Jl kresna which is the other side of the river so it is a long walk anywhere. We also felt it was not well kept with stains on the cushions for example. We ended staying at Dyana Villa's for not much more and where very happy and central.
