I got one at Simpati, if you are coming up Monkey Forest Road, get to the T junction at the main road (think there is a post office or Polisi there) turn right and it is about the second shop on the right, opposite some art galleries and a handy mart (yeah, I know, narrows it down a lot right, because there are only 2 art galleries in Ubud and all!!)
Your hotel staff will know where it is anyway. The shop has bright red signage.
