My sister is in Melbourne and she went to a boat upholsterer to have outdoor cushions made... but any upholsterer would do.. I would imagine that the Balinese leather places would do an imitation leather/vinyl and sew if you had some measurements.
She picked a really thick cushion and then the upholsterer used a good quality vinyl..
Make sure you get zip off covers made so you can do the airing out of the cushions and a good clean of the covers from all the sweat and summer gunk...
