to say that there family room at hotel has been upgraded to Executive suites. Therefore we will no have a family suite at Hotel property. they can will accommodate us (special for family) at our 2 bedroom apartment or 3 bedroom apartment.
NOT HAPPY as we are going with my parents and they are staying at the hotel (and so where we) and also we have stayed at the suite before and hated it we only like the hotel.
What can I do as we payed in January and our travel agent has gone on holidays
