I have checked the archives and have also sent an email to the Customer Service Dept at XL but have not had a response. I was trying to register my sim card on line however need to know what number to put in next to the 'SIM' in the drop down box - either mobile number or the serial number that is actually on the sim???
Has anyone else registered online from Australia that may be able to help? It would be greatly appreciated.
