Was there from the 3rd-18th March, Didn't even cross my mind, I felt completely safe. Safer there than some parts of Sydney. (I wouldn't go to)
The Warning hasn't really changed, it says do not travel to Indonesia unless essential . I don't know how they could upgrade it any more than that.
At the end of the day you have decide for yourself , and be happy with your decision.
