There is one opposite the Lokha Hotel - Not far away on JL Padma - she is usually out side the shop with a "fuji" sign on it. I think her name is Tina - she does nails as well. She is a more mature lady with the best smile - can be a bit pushy - as some are - but she did a good job on a bunch of girls I seen were getting theres done. Also some guests at the hotel had theirs done by the pool. She also does nails. I think my sister paid 50,000 Rp for her feet and hands.
