there's usually a hose or a container of water to wash yourself with. Some people carry a little hand towel.
If you use toilet tissue and you notice a little waste paper bin with tissue next to the loo - that's what the basket is for - waste paper. Some systems cannot function properly if paper is thrown down.
Re the hose, it's difficult and i've left the loo totally drenched from the waist down on more than one occasion, and am sure i will again.
