1, 2 and 3 are all kingsize. I've never seen twin beds at the Tjampuhan, but then I've never looked for them either.
I'm sure that haddon's comments are tongue-in-cheek, but there are often comments about the steps and slopes. As this hotel is built into the side of a river gorge, everywhere is a bit up or a bit down, but this is a large part of the charm. Unless a person has a health or mobility problem, then it's no big deal.
