Gracie, if you go to Gekko Blue Cafe in Instana Kuta Galleria and ask for Mr. Eta, he knows all about meditation courses and is studying to be a master. I will be going myself on his recommendation shortly but there are several being run, I think the place he goes to runs for one week and there is a course especially tailored to Westerners. Tell him Anna sent you. Mr. Eta is the Balinese owner of the Cafe. I think there are several places you can go for meditasi and yoga, Prana near Bali Deli springs to mind. Enjoy.
