They are both excellent choices.
Given time I plan to stay at each - bearing in mind the Tjamphuan is a little more expensive - but if you stay 2.5-3 star in Legian and then a few nights in Ubud you can afford the extra. Id have to have the extra $ just to experience the Spa setting at the Tjamphuan.
