few stalls start to open (at a leisurely rate) from about 8ish onwards, by 9-930 they are all pretty much open.
Usually street shops/stalls open til about 9.30-10pm BUT since its so quiet over there at the moment most are shutting earlier.
Department stores open at 10am until 9.30 -10pm at night.
