and we are still are no nearer to achieving our goal.... a flight to Bali. I was told last night by the MD of the travel agent it was not his problem.

So it looks like it will end up in the hands of my solicitor and that will mean we miss our holiday as it only 8 weeks away :(

BTW for anyone from the UK the company was Travel2 so be warned
