No, that is moxa. Ibu Jari is deep tissue MASSAGE, some people find it really uncomfortabl and only want a relaxing massage. We (my daughter and I) went for IBU JARI massages every 2nd day. They certainly fix our woes (sore lower back etc). Good luck.
