The new centro may have some of the above, and although The bali deli is in seminyak, it is well worth a visit, it has the best selection I have seen, Pate, olives, cheeses, it has a great bakery with fresh breads, fresh meat, fresh fruit, it is great.
I just thought of a new place just out of Kuta which has all the above as well as sushi, Fresh Papaya it is a french influence, has a great bakery as well, it is on sunset road, cant miss it, out on its own, takes up the whole building.
