Garuda Aero Parcel Delivery

Has anyone used Garuda's aero parcel delivery service (as mentioned in Bali on any budget brochure)as an alternative to paying excess luggage? After having 20 kg excess myself last September and friend having 60 kg!! excess, looking for alternative ways to get our goodies home in March.
