tell her to look for the office of pt central kuta on jalan legian,used to be on the right hand side going towards kuta from legian and about half between peanuts and matahari,if it is not there they probably have boxes in their office in kuta,turn left at bemo cnr and it is on the right hand side just after you cross the bridge.You may also find them in a bank but be aware of the limited times the banks are open.
