don't buy anything at the airport as the prices are dreadful, I take home rupiah to save for the next time.
doesnt cost me extra because I fly business, so I have already paid my extra !
stay there till the last minute usually, and go to the loo absolutely last thing !!!! :-)))
dont get there extra early but the standard two hours.
check the net, eat some food, have a few cold drinks, sit in comfy chairs, etc etc
