I am not sure if this is the same girl or not, but we meet a girl on New Years Eve that fits your previous description. My friend who is Indonesian started to talk to her on New Years Eve she was completely off her face. This was down Poppies Lane 1 near Secret Garden. Through talking about things he worked out that this was a girl he had spoken with previously online. He knew her name and age and when she had arrived in Bali as this was all discussed online previously, she seemed fine talking with him at first but then all of a sudden she started to act weird and started talking about other things that werent even relevant to what they were discussing. She ended up leaving with another girl, and saying that she was going up to Seminyak. My friend was concerned for her as he didnt want to see her come into any harm, which I can totally understand, this girl was way way gone she needs help badly.
When I email my friend I will ask him her name, maybe it is the same girl, maybe not but if it is the same girl she needs help. She is abusing her body in more ways than one.
I also drank at the Captain Cook Bar, but had never seen her there, I left Bali on the 17 Jan.
