Had to wait for them to arrive and meet us at arrival.They just did the visa/immigration part. Your passport etc disappears for some time and it was a worry as we didn't have her name. It is/was a travel agent.
We could have done it faster.
It will be character building for the teen to join the queue and follow the procedure. Just map it out for him/her.
