to buy wine for you would be Bali Deli, especially if you are staying at the Jl Kunti properties. They have a great range and it is not too badly priced.
Also on Jl Kunti, check out Cabe Rawit for delicious and cheap Indonesian and Warung Italia for the same but Italian!
Make sure you spend a few hours at Prana Spa (at the Villas) it is an amazing place and Chill next door gets a good wrap for their reflexology.
