both are run by ladies named Iloh (one was previously run by Eddie but he has now moved). The first is opposite the fairy shop and Circle K on Padma Utara. If you were walking from the Melasti towards the Jayakarta, it's on the right hand side.
The other shop is called Iloh Collections and is just outside the gates to Kumala Pantai. Both have a large range of fabrics available and do great work.
I suggest you take measurements from home with you to make sure the cover is the right size and you should also be explicit as to where you want the opening if you're getting a doona cover.
