It may depend on where your room will be.
Do not know Sari Segara as we always stay at Sanur - Besakih.
The restaurant at Besakih is being re built and we noted that all the bungalows close to the renovations were not in use - apart from the consultants discussing matters using one.
There were no problems for us with this as building ceased around 4.00 pm.
As a matter of fact we have stayed there during all their renovations and never had a problem. The site is closed off and the hammering is not annoying when heard around the pool or beach.Or maybe I was relaxed and Bob wasn't wearing his aid. (hearing that is!!)
cheers

And it is interesting watching their building methods.
