Our flight back to Perth was cancelled and AP rescheduled 2 days later. We kept receipts and when we got home, found out that this is not covered under insurance. Had to lodge claim anyways as hubby got sick so put our extra days on there and also tried to claim from AP. They went bust and we never heard a thing from either. Called Mondial this AM and were told that they would pay ALL additional expenses (hotel room, laundry, meals etc) and I would get bank $514. Pretty cool as I leave again for Bali at 8am today (wednesday). Nice surprise and I can now spend up and try to float the balinese economy. lol.
I thought that they were taking us for a ride but I now have a new apprecation for them.
