Transition Lenses

Hi All, I know that lots of people get prescription glasses made while in Bali, but does anyone know if you can get "Transition Lenses" made?

Also, can anyone give me an approximate price on these or prescription glasses.

Do you only need to take your prescription with you, or do you need to have a complete eye test over there?
