We have just booked with them and Adrian is wonderful. You don't pay anything up front (but they do require credit card number incase of any cancellation fees). They meet you in Bali and you can pay by cash or credit card when you are there. Before he even asked for any CC details or anything he confirmed the hotels were available. The rates from them were the same as asia rooms (in some cases slightly cheaper). You always get a personal reply from Adiran unlike asia rooms that sent a computer generated reply to a question I had that didn't relate to what I had asked. Before I booked I had a look in the archives on here and did an internet search on them and all comments about this site were positive.
