Hotels and Restaurants

Hi friends are going to Bali in two weeks and they are staying at Rama Beach Tuban and they where told that there is hardly anyone staying at the hotel at the moment, has anyone got any info and also they are a bit worried about the freshness of the food in the restaurants and hotels, any information would be great:)
