Bank ATM in Bogor, and actually it was 2.5 million.
Cost was $5AUD to withdraw and there was a foreign currency fee of $3.86. Just took all this info'my account on Internet. It is all just so easy. Other banks where my friend can withdraw are BNI and BRI. Not able to withdraw from BCA, Lippo or Mandiri.
Not sure if you can take out more than 2.5 because we have not had the occaision to withdraw more than the above amount.
