can I add to your now growing list of recommendations my regualr driver Wayan Sukadana He has a brand new Suzuki APV which is aironditioned, seats 8 and has a cd player. Wayan is a licensed tour guide so is covered by the govt regulations and insurance. He will not take you to places where he might get kick-back but will take you anywhere YOU want to go and if you dont have any ideas will come up with suggestions. He speaks great English, is very reliable and has a great sense of humour.
I wont use anyone else these days.
