I recently read a large thread bagging them on another forum... the same thing snatching the money then coming back and saying the hotel is unavailable, it took months before they got their money back.
Given what I'd read and I was just about to book with them I was very worried. Anyway, I know of another person who has used them three times and no problems so I held my breath and gave it a go and it was OK and vouchers are printed off.
Have you tried ringing their Sydney no?
