I have used Bill for about 10 years. He drives for someone who has Franchise to park inside the dynasty. He has a white bus with the words Go Kuta on the side near the rear. His is a registered van so no back streets dodging the police. Good english and because he has been working at the Dynasty for so long knows all the places to go. Never in a rush and very obliging.
