Thanks for posting this story Kiwi Carol. I too had not heard about this sad incident but boy what an amazing guy with an amazing outlook on life.
Certainly puts a lot of things in perspective. Story's like this definately make you stop and think how lucky one is. I wish him and his family all the luck in the world and lets all hope that the stem cell research gets favorable results soon.
