My last trip I was there proabaly 14 out of 18 days. Have met some sensational people there. Great way to usher in the evening, sipping Bintangs and watching the sunset.
My kids always play soccer with the local kids so we love it. I've also bought some of my favourite watches there form a regular named Robert??? I think. Seems Sammie and Suzie have an arrangement so only a few hawkers come in. I've also bought some great sunnies and silver there too.
Any way give it a go. Don't be shy.
