Wonderful. I think living most of my life in the Tropics the musty smells - dampness- humidity etc I dont seem to notice as much, perhaps it will be the same for him. I guess its a smell I live in and so more acustomed to than most folk that live in a DRY climate.
Before I ever went anywhere overseas I used to assoc as a teenager the clove cigarettes as a Symbol of Indonesia (? How funny) - we'd say after a whiff "Oh someone is smokin them indonesian cigarettes"!!!
Pheewww.!!! I think they were more prevalent in Darwin prior to Cyclone Tracy - its a smell that still hits me today !!
