If you just want one for personal use, you can get them from Avon, but also those sanding blocks you can buy at Bunnings for sanding walls will do the same thing. Mataharis have a lot of this type of thing, and I bought a foot scraper which has a handle a bit like a mini shoe horn and the other end has a metal piece with lots of holes like a miniature grater - this works even better than the sandpaper type one. In the same section of Mataharis as nail polish, files and polish remover. Hope this helps.
