Try Cafe Wayen in Monkey Forest Road. Dining at night is fantastic - candlelight under frangipani trees. Oh ... and the food is terrific!
In Seminyak try La Luciola (an oldie but a goodie), The Living Room and the restaurant at the Mystique Hotel. Well worth the visit, thogh some find the prices at these three as being very similar to Australian restaurants).
For Balinese food you cant go past Sate Bali, near The Legain Hotel. ANd this one is reasonably priced, too.
