I have been eaten in Mandarin restaurant at least 150 times, but most of the time i was sitting alone or with at most 5-6 people in the restaurant. Last october when i went in with my mate they told us we were the first customers that day (9 oclock in the evening). So it could be an attempt to get more customers. The other thai restaurant oposite dynasty (khin khao) is rather busy everyday.
Will try the new restaurant in April, just booked a few days ago
