we have booked some of our March holiday on internet with balihotelsholiday.com from recommendation on forum. They do not require any money up front but will ask for CC details by fax incase of cancellation etc. They meet you when you get to Bali and account is settled then. Asiarooms also has alot of recommendations (do search) but they require money at time of booking.
