Kuta Seaview Cottages or Bali Mandira

Please can anyone advise me which is a better hotel in terms of rooms, facilities and location. Also would appreciate recommendations on where one can get a good massage at a reasonable price (would US$10 - US$15 be too little?. Many thanks.
